What is included in our hire cost?
Full set up,of your chosen castle and take down. Ground sheet, pegs, blower and safety mats. Everything you need to enjoy your bouncy castle.
What time is delivery and collection?
Deliveries are generally made between 8am and 11am and collections begin at 5:30pm. However for hall hires please get in touch with your hall times.
Can we hire our castle overnight?
Our castles are available overnight at an additional cost of £20 or £30 for our dome. We reserve the right to refuse overnight contact if we are not satisfied that the location of the castle is sufficiently secure for overnight hire (easy access to the garden or in a communal area)
Is there a delivery charge?
Many of our areas are free if local some have an additional fee of either £5 or £10 a full list of delivery areas can be found on our website.
Do we need to pay a deposit?
No there is no deposit to,pay. Just full,payment in cash at the time of delivery.
Is there an age restriction to the castle?
This can be found under the description of the castle but yes some do have a maximum age limit.
What if it rains ?
All,of our castles have fitted shower/ sun roofs. We cannot guarantee they remain completely dry. During very heavy rain and or wind the unit should not be used for safety reasons.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
We accept cancellation without any fee up to 5pm the night before hire. But we would like as much notice as possible please. Cancellation after 5pm the day before or on the actual day of hire may incur a cancellation fee.
How do I book ?
You can email or text us any time 365 days a year!!!! For telephone bookings please call between 9am and 9pm. We do have an answer phone so if we cannot answer please leave us a message and we will call you straight back.
