St Michaels School Hall Hire Party Package

We're very pleased to share that we can offer a party package including hall booking at St Michaels School. We share an online booking system with the Hall management team and are able to see and book the hall availability in real-time!

Taking the stress out of booking all things separately, you can do it in this one stop shop... Call us to book the hall and the party equipment in one go!

The address of the school is St Michael's C of E Primary School, Wrotham Road, Welling, Kent DA16 1LS. However, the hall is accessible from Saltash Road - Not the main entrance of the school.

The Ultimate Party Package at St Michaels School Hall in Welling

Our standard party package for just £300 contains lots of brilliant party equipment for children - Including a bouncy castle with a slide, plus any standard bouncy castle! For this price you have the entire facilities, including kitchen for four hours; For most people this is more than enough time to set-up the party, have 2-3 hours of party fun and then time at the end to pack-away and clean up the hall, remove rubbish etc and be ready to leave the site - However, if you need additional hours then this is possible to extend.

We have a large range of bouncy castles with slides as well as standard bouncy castles - You can mix and match as you please, but also keep them both the same theme; Giving you the ultimate Dino, Princess, Unicorn, Hero, Jungle or whatever themed party you would like, all matching!

On top of that, we also include a loud bluetooth speaker for you to play your own music via your phone or tablet device!

We appreciate that the standard party package booking may not be for everyone - We are very happy to provide any other equipment of equal value within this option, you may like to consider a bouncy castle plus an inflatable rainbow slide! We are flexible when it comes to the package you need and happy to add additional items or change things if needed - However, two bouncy castles is pretty perfect for this hall an inviting the whole class!

We have a very large range of equipment to suit different ages, so if you need to cater for toddlers and younger ones, then you may like to choose a ball pool and soft play from our range!

Saturday party bookings are available for a 4 hour slot (or more if required) any time between 09:00 until 19:00.Currently we cannot offer bookings on a Sunday.

St Michaels School Hall - Fun Foods

Want more?! We have a selection of fun-foods available and at an additional cost can provide a member of staff to serve any (or all) of the following: hot-dogs, candy-floss, slush drinks and pop-corn. Price will vary based on length of party and amount of fun-foods you would like! The fun-food specialist has over 15 years experience and is certified with food hygience certificates. They have a beaming personality that's always a hit - Always seen with a smile on their face and genuinely take pleasure in being part of the experience. They're a professional in the industry and always receiving positive feedback - Capable of high demand and quick turn-around, it takes the stress out of catering for a party at an affordable price!

The price for two machines (for example slush machine and candyfloss or popcorn and candyfloss) for a 3 hour party (set-up and pack-away is completed outside of these hours, you only pay for the hours of the party itself) is £190 - Which includes the staff member. If you required 3 machines (for example Candy floss, Popcorn and Slush Machine) the cost would be £240 for a 3 hour party duration.

If the hot-dog machine is required as one of the machines, then there is an additional £40 charge based on an average max party size of 50 servings for hot-dogs.

These prices are far below our usual website prices and only available as a special offer exclusive to party packages booked at Belvedere Community Centre, adding even more value!

St Michaels School Hall - Facilities

Access to the hall is ideal - You can park on Saltash road and gain direct access to the hall.

Car parking - Sadly, there is no on-site parking available. However, there are usually plenty of spaces to park residentially right outside the hall on Saltash road with lots of marked bays.

Tables and chairs - There are plenty of tables and chairs available for you to use which are neatly stacked and in the hall.

The Kitchen - There is a small kitchen available with serving hatch that you are welcome to use. Sadly, we cannot permit use of the oven/hob, but there is a fridge, hot and cold water, hot-water urn as well as sink.

Disabled Access - There is a ramp available for Wheelchair access.

Toilets - There are no baby changing facilities, but ladies and gents toilets are available for us.
