The Ultimate Party Package at Bexley Freemantle

Our standard party package for £380 contains lots of brilliant party equipment for children - Including a bouncy castle with a slide, inflatable ball pool with 2,000 balls as well as a padded soft-play area with 16 pieces of foam soft-play shapes included. For this price you have the entire facilities, including kitchen and side hall for four hours; For most people this is more than enough time to set-up the party, have 2-3 hours of party fun and then time at the end to pack-away and clean up the hall, remove rubbish etc and be ready to leave the site - However, if you need additional hours then this is possible to extend.

We have a large range of bouncy castles with slides as well as different themed soft play and ball pools. Pending availability, we allow you to choose any of the themes on the website to create anything from the best ever Jungle party package to the cutest pink Unicorn experience with everything in-between; From Dinosaurs and super heroes to princesses and much more! To make it easy for you to know what's included and available in the standard party package you can choose any of the products in this package!

On top of that, we also include a loud bluetooth speaker for you to play your own music via your phone or tablet device!

We appreciate that the standard party package booking may not be for everyone - We are very happy to provide any other equipment of equal value within this option. We have a very large range of equipment to suit different ages, so if you do not need to cater for toddlers and younger ones, then you may like to choose an inflatable slide, a fun-run or something else entirely! If you want to change the equipment and choose a package of higher value, then this is entirely possible; You are not limited to sticking with the default options and can always go bigger!

We cater for children's parties and celebrations - Not adult occasions. Under no circumstances do we allow alcohol on-site and deffinately not to be consumed - There is no room for negotiation on this point.

Want more?! We have a selection of fun-foods available and at an additional cost can provide a member of staff to serve any (or all) of the following: hot-dogs, candy-floss, slush drinks and pop-corn. Price will vary based on length of party and amount of fun-foods you would like! The fun-food specialist has over 15 years experience and is certified with food hygience certificates. They have a beaming personality that's always a hit - Always seen with a smile on their face and genuinely take pleasure in being part of the experience. They're a professional in the industry and always receiving positive feedback - Capable of high demand and quick turn-around, it takes the stress out of catering for a party at an affordable price!

The price for two machines (for example slush machine and candyfloss or popcorn and candyfloss) for a 3 hour party (set-up and pack-away is completed outside of these hours, you only pay for the hours of the party itself) is £190 - Which includes the staff member. If you required 3 machines (for example Candy floss, Popcorn and Slush Machine) the cost would be £240 for a 3 hour party duration.

If the hot-dog machine is required as one of the machines, then there is an additional £40 charge based on an average max party size of 50 servings for hot-dogs.

These prices are far below our usual website prices and only available as a special offer exclusive to party packages booked at Belvedere Community Centre, adding even more value!

Bexley Freemantle - Facilities

The building is ideally situated in Bexley High Street (DA5 1AA) at the heart of the Village. The main hall is 54ft x 30ft (16.3m x 9.4m) and can seat between 100 and 120 people depending on seating style.

There is an additional room to the rear of the building which is 25 ft x 12ft (7.3m x 3.8m) - This is ideal as a side hall for setting up food and drinks for the party without taking up room in the main hall - This is also where you will find lots of tables and chairs if you require them.

Car parking - The hall has a private car park. Cars must not be left overnight. Parking is also available in either of the two local public car parks (i) Thanet Road; behind the King's Head Public House; or (ii) behind the shops opposite the hall.

The on-site car-park is only suitable for a maximum of 6 regular sized cars.

Tables and chairs - These are in a rack in the storeroom adjoining the main hall. There are 30 aluminium Formica top tables (circa 6 ft x 2 ft) that fold neatly. In addition, there are several regular tables, and 80 chairs.

The Kitchen - The modern kitchen has an electric ceramic hob but no oven or fridge. We do not provide crockery or cutlery and hirers should make their own arrangements. There will be a clean dishcloth, a supply of washing up liquid and paper towels for hand drying. Both kitchen cold-water taps are mains supply and therefore regarded as drinking water.
