Sometimes it's hard choosing a vendor to provide your firework display, websites often hide the true cost, can't tell you how long the display lasts or other information such as the types of fireworks used.
We make it very straight-forward and are completely transparent about all of these things. The cost of our display is £1,825 - We can increase this for longer durations, or bigger shows, but this is a fantastic package that we believe beats any competition locally or even nationally. - We do not buy our fireworks off-the-shelf or through resellers, we have direct trade accounts with manufacturers and as such, we're able to deliver the very best possible display fireworks at the very best prices. We pass these savings on rather than charge more, believing that our quality displays will have customers returning year after year.
Despite the cost, the display lasts for just over 18 minutes with continual back-to-back ignition and constant firing. Sometimes firework display websites try to hide how long the displays last, or they exagerate times with delays between firing. For the same price, most displays last only 7-12 minutes (with breaks in-between or inferiour displays) - Ours is one of the longest running displays of legitimate display fireworks; We offer fantastic value that no one else can offer.
The display includes a wide range of effects, including different colours, fanned displays, sparkling explosions, vertical displays and a great finale that finishes on a big high. It's fast paced throughout with plenty to look at. They all shoot up very high, giving a great viewing experience for large crowds - Even at a distance.
This display is perfect for a large range of crowd sizes - We have had attendance figures range from 350 - 1200 which have all been extremely well received with all spectators enjoying a great view.
We use category 3 fireworks exclusively. We do not try to pad out your display or add to the running time by using category 2 garden fireworks. All of the fireworks used are a single ignition, multi-shot category 3 fireworks that are at the upper-limit (but still within) of what is allowed, delivering fantastic displays of colours, shooting stars, barrages, fanned effects and high performance displays that reach upwards of 25 meters vertically.
The price includes a free site visit, we know that preparing for a fireworks display is stressful and that you often need to know where things are going, how we will be working, what we need, what you need and to plan logistics and more. During the site visit we can perform as much of our risk assessments ahead of time as possible, answer questions that the site manager may have and agree plans for the day for arrival process. The last thing you want while planning an event is leaving it till the day where suprises happen; Access for vehichles isn't possible, the site isn't suitable or some other issue that could easily have been forseen running up to the event ahead of time. - National companies just aren't able to provide this service, being local, we can! It's free of charge before any booking is confirmd or money paid. No obligation.
We need a mimimum of 60 minutes to set-up the site for this this display before they can be fired. This time cannot be cut down and we cannot be flexible on shortening the preparation time for safety reasons. We also perform a site clearance after the event disposing of the empty shells, cartidges and fireworks. There will however always be some debris and small pieces of fall-out that we will not be able to entirely clear.
The set-up and site preparation is included in the price. We require the display to be a minimum of 25 metres away from anyone other than our staff. Sometimes this can be achieved by having the display across from the viewers in an area that is gated off or otherwise inaccessible; A separate field, hotel grounds across a moat, second school play ground etc. However, where this is not already possible, we provide fencing to section off the area we need to operate safely. This is measured out and we cordon-off an area 25 metres long - Depending on space available the width can vary and we're flexible with that; We use a single firing area so that as much of your ground is used for spectators.
We are fully insured to conduct our own firework displays and can provide a copy of our PLI cover note for this upon enquiry. We are also provide a soft-copy or our risk assessments that we carry out.
We operate using three members of staff who are in constant communication via walkie-talkies. We can provide up-to 3 additional walkie-talkies free of charge that are set to the same channel as ours so that there is a constant open and immediate line of communication between you and ourselves.
The staff all wear hi-vis, appropriate PPE, including hard-hat, flame restardent gloves and over-alls. This is not a requirement for anyone else as they are not allowed within the 25 metre barrier during the display. We also have several fire-extinguishers on stand-by, use closed protective crates for the fireworks while they are in transit as well as other professional equipment to ensure that a safe set-up and display is under-taken.
We commence our displays using a remote firing system from a very safe distance far away from the display; If you want someone to start the event yourselves; The Bride and Groom, a lucky child or senior figure then this is possible!
