The Small Fete Package
We've put together a great value fete package for people looking to hire our equipment for their own fundraising or special events.
This is the basic package that we feel is great value for schools and other groups looking to put on a great show and raise some money using our equipment.
You get a lot of bang for your buck here, including your choice of two different fun-runs and mega slide which are instant crowd drawers and elevate your event from a simple table top or jumble sale, to the must-attend event of the summer! Really eye-catching units that make you feel like you're really at a "proper" event!
These three inflatables are perfect for small school fetes. They trim down on queues and can keep up with a high demand - Bouncy castles tend to become hard to marshal when not many of them are present or you're expecting a very large crowd; With these inflatables it's about high volume through-put, up and down, round and round without the long queues.
Children race through the fun-runs and are up and down the slide in no time, meaning that you have a constant flow of children, rather than worrying about timing children in sets for turns on a castle.
This is a base package. We are more than happy to put together any bespoke requirements you may have; Including toddler areas with soft play, ball pools, toddlers slides etc.
We are fully insured and can provide inspection documents, PIPA tag numbers and all relevant documentation (risk assesments etc) that your PTA manual will ask you to ensure is in place. We're really very school friendly and experienced; So if this is your first time as a newly formed PTA, or you've never held an inflatable event before, you're in safe hands!
We do not as standard provide staff to man the equipment, but we can provide this at an additional cost.
Please note that this package does not come with generators. We can provide generators at addiitonal cost, but the price for this package assumes that power will be provided by the venue or you will arrange your own power supply.
Please note, our insurance (as with all bouncy castle companies) covers our liability for a safe set-up and bouncy castles that are compliant to British Safety Standards.
If you are not having the inflatables manned by us, then you will need to check that you have your own suitable insurance in place for the duration of the event. Ours covers us for the set-up only, not for supervision if we are not present.
If you're a PTA, it's worth noting that "Parent Kind" and "PTA UK" members have the benefit of being insured for inflatable events, provided by Zurich. You just need to ensure that we provide you instruction on supervision and ask to see our documents (all of which we will happily oblidge).
